  • 1medium sized yam
  • 5white nylons

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut the yam wash and pour in a pot

  2. 2

    Boil till is soft.use a fork and confirm before bringing it down.

  3. 3

    Drain the water and pound.pound in a mortar very well till like for 15minutes.

  4. 4

    Scoope out and tie in nylon.
