Cook rice & keep it aside. Roast Bengal gram, urad dal, cardamom seeds, red chilli,cloves, cinnamon, coriander seeds, grated coconut & make a powder in mixer & keep it aside. Chop all vegetables. boil potato & Beans & keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, jeera, curry leaves & saute well. Add cashew nuts, chopped onion, carrot, (boiled & peeled & make pieces) potato, chopped beans, fresh peas, tomatoes & saute well

Add salt and turmeric powder.

Then add grounded masala powder, mix it well. Add lemon juice and rice and chopped coriander leaves, mix it well. It is ready to serve now. Serve hot with any rayita or curd or with salad.
