preheat oven to 200 Celsius degrees

add sugar and egg in a bowl and beat it until smooth

add cocoa powder and vanilla sugar and blen thoroughly

melt butter in a pot, meanwhile add flour to the mixture and stir until a thick goo

add the melted butter and combine until smooth

optionally: add chocolate chips to the mixture
