  • 4 sliceflanken meat with bone
  • 2onion
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1salt
  • 1black pepper
  • 1garlic powder
  • 1chicken flavor (soup mix)
  • 1 cupBBQ sauce
  • 1 cuphot & spicy duck sauce
  • 3/4teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4soy sauce
  • 1 cupcoke cola
  • 1/2 cupred dry wine
  • 1water

    preheat oven 400°F

  2. 2

    slice the onions into a deep baking pan

  3. 3

    add the oil &spices

  4. 4

    place the meat not 1 above another

  5. 5

    add the rest of ingredients (sauces)

  6. 6

    fill the rest with water & cover

  7. 7

    bake for 3 hours

  8. 8

    lower the oven to 350°F & bake uncovered for 45 min
