  • 400 gramsground beef
  • 2eggs
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1garlic to taste
  • 100 mlmilk
  • 50 mlbreadcrumbs
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 2 tsppepper
  • 1season to taste

    Mix breadcrumbs with milk and let the mixture swell up.

  2. 2

    Add ground beef, chopped onion, eggs, spices and mix well.

    Shape into thin patties and fry them on pan.
