  2. 120 gramsBeetroot (cooked)
  3. 3Oranges
  4. 400 mlApple-Carrot Juice
  5. 1 tbspLinseed Oil
  6. 1 tbspMaple Syrup

Cooking Instructions

    Peel ingwer and grate finely. Slice beetroot and peel oranges. Remove white skin completely and slice orange into pieces.

    Puree oranges, beetroot and ingwer. Add apple-carrot juice, linseed oil and maple syrup to taste.

    Serve cool.
