Pressure cook potatoes, cauliflower and green peas.mash well all in the cooker.keep aside.

Take oil and butter.Add lil ginger garlic paste.fry for 30 secs.thn add finely chopped onions.fry till transparent.

Then add very finely chopped capsicum.saute on medium flame.

To it add tomato puree.add salt and fry for two minutes.Then add red chilli powder,pav bhaji masala.fry the masala till oil seperates.Add lil water.again fry till oil seperates

Finally add the mashed veggies from the cooker.mix well.

Let it simmer for 7/8 minutes.garnish with finely chopped coriander.

Serve with pav tossed in butter.
