Ingredients

1 1/2 cupbreadcrumbs (approximately)
1full handful Parmesan
To taste salt and pepper
To look garlic powder, oregano, and basil
1 1/4 lbground beef
1egg

Steps

1

Combine all ingredients and add more breadcrumbs or spices if necessary.

If cooking in sauce: slowly add to simmering pot. Cover and cook for 1 hour at a low boil / simmer. Stir periodically.
3

If baking in oven: preheat oven to 350. Cook on foil lined cookie sheet for 30-40 minutes turning half-way through.
