Prepare white rice as you like.

In a skillet, melt the butter with the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden.

Add the cleaned shrimp and cook for a bit. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the guajillo chiles into thin strips with scissors and add them to the shrimp. Sauté, then add a little paprika. Finish by adding some chopped cilantro.

Serve the shrimp over a bed of rice and top with avocado slices.
