add the milk, chocolate, starch, and sugar into a sauce pan and stir.

put stove to medium heat and stir constantly. When the pudding boils, it will thicken but it will take awhile.

add vanilla. Stir.

Move pudding into medium mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap so that it covers the top of the pudding.

place the bowl into freezer for about 2 hours or until cold.

add whipped cream, vanilla, and sugar. Whisk until stiff peaks are created.
