Well this is one of special recipe. Using maziwa mala just makes the mandazi taste sweeter

Sieve all the dry ingredients together.

Add in butter and mix well to form a bread like crumbs.

Then add in eggs and mix evenly.

Then start to add the warm maziwa mala.

Knead. Then allow to rest for 20 minutes. The dough will rise and soften

After wards put in a flat surface and start to roll. Roll into 0.5 inches and roll cut them into small pieces.

Heat the oil until hot in medium heat. Then start to put in the cut mandazi one by one.

Fry until golden brown then turn

Fry the other side until golden brown. Then serve.

Serve with tea
