love making this, perfect for a girly night or a party-just watch the level of booze! Not for anyone on a low fat or low cholosterol or anysort of a diet but a controlled portion's fine :P make sure that the cookies arent too soaked bcuz then the cookies will crumble :D

love making this, perfect for a girly night or a party-just watch the level of booze! Not for anyone on a low fat or low cholosterol or anysort of a diet but a controlled portion's fine :P make sure that the cookies arent too soaked bcuz then the cookies will crumble :D

-put the alcohol into a bowl
- 2
-dip 1cookie into it and then spread one side generously with cream
- 3
-dip another cookie into the sherry, spead one side with cream and sandwich (from the other side) between the other cookie
- 4
-repeat and place the cookies on their sides, like in the packet, untill desired size cake is made. Three packets usually makes three rows for me. You may need to top up the sherry.

-cover the cookies and cream with (even more!) cream and place in the freezer for a few hours

-to serve take out of the freezer and let slightly thaw. Cover with Cadbury Flake is desired.
