  • 1 packagesChop Suey noodles
  • 500 gramsBeef
  • 2Carrots
  • 200 gramsString beans
  • 1/2Onion
  • 1Sweet or bell pepper
  • 1 pinchSea salt
  • 1 pinchBlack pepper
  • 1 pinchCurry
  • 1 pinchMeat seasoning
  • 2 tbspOxtail soup mix
  • 3 tspChopped garlic

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Boil enough water to cover the noodles

  2. 2

    Put the noodles, the carrots cut in strings and the string beans in halfs in the boiling water, cook it all together

  3. 3

    In a wok fry the beef previously diced in cubes, the chopped onion, pepper and garlic

  4. 4

    While you fry the beef pour some salt, pepper, curry, paprika and meat seasoning on top

  5. 5

    Mix the oxtail mix in a cup of water and add it to the beef when it has been cooked. The sauce is ready

  6. 6

    Don't mix the noodles with the sauce, add the sauce with the meet on top
