Steps

finely chop the garlic and chillies ( u can add as much or as little chilli as u want). Add to a frying pan with the oil & butter, gently heat

chop up the chicken into bite size pieces then use 2 Tspoons of flour & half the salt & pepper to coat the chicken, cover evenly.

add the chicken to the garic & chilli.

put the pasta on to boil

once the chicken has browned on all sides add the remaining flour, salt & pepper and stir well & turn the heat down.

add the cream and parmersan to the chicken, stir well.

drain the cooked cooked pasta, then pour it back in the pan. keep it over the lowest heat on the hob so it dont go cold. remember to stir.

add the chopped basil to the sauce & stir then add the sauce to the pasta abit at a time mixing to two each time until all the pasta is covered.
