Ingredients

  1. 250 gramspasta of ur choice
  2. 2skin & boneless chicken breasts
  3. 1 bunchfresh basil leaves finely chopped
  4. 5 clovechopped garlic
  5. 1 1/2red chillies
  6. 250 mlsingle cream
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/2pepper
  9. 3 tbspplain white flour
  10. 60 gramsparmersan
  11. 1 tbspolive oil
  12. 1 tspbutter

  1. 1

    finely chop the garlic and chillies ( u can add as much or as little chilli as u want). Add to a frying pan with the oil & butter, gently heat

  2. 2

    chop up the chicken into bite size pieces then use 2 Tspoons of flour & half the salt & pepper to coat the chicken, cover evenly.

  3. 3

    add the chicken to the garic & chilli.

  4. 4

    put the pasta on to boil

  5. 5

    once the chicken has browned on all sides add the remaining flour, salt & pepper and stir well & turn the heat down.

  6. 6

    add the cream and parmersan to the chicken, stir well.

  7. 7

    drain the cooked cooked pasta, then pour it back in the pan. keep it over the lowest heat on the hob so it dont go cold. remember to stir.

  8. 8

    add the chopped basil to the sauce & stir then add the sauce to the pasta abit at a time mixing to two each time until all the pasta is covered.
