  • 1/4tripe/matumbo
  • 1green chili pepper
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1 spoonroyco

Steps

3hrs
  1. 1

    Cut tripe and put to boil for 2hrs

  2. 2

    Drain water and add chopped onions and oil stir

  3. 3

    Add green chili pepper and tomatoes stir

  4. 4

    Add royco and i glass of water then boil for few minutes

  5. 5

    Serve with greens and ugali
