Steps

Boiled chaap in hot water,keep aside.

When drain the water,deep fry the chaap.

Heat oil in a wok add chopped green chillies and onion and saute it.

When onion change in colour add ginger and garlic saute for 2-3 minutes.

Now add finely chopped tomatoes and dry spices and saute till leave the oil.

Add water,when boiled the water add fried chaap and cook 10 minutes on low flame.

Now garnish with fresh cream.

Serve hot hot gravy chaap with roti..
