Ingredients

1 can14 oz sweetened condensed milk . low fat
1 cuppeanut butter
1 eachegg
1 tspvanilla
2 cupbisquick or similar baking mix
1 eachsugar

Steps

beat milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth

add bisquick and mix well

chill at least 1 hour

roll into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar
5

place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet and fglatten with fork

bake 6 -8 minutes at 350

cool and store tightly covered at room temp

makes about 5 dozen
