Cream the margarine and sugar together.

Sift together flour and baking soda then add to creamed mixture.

Stir in vinager and vanilla.

Drop from a teaspoon onto increased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.

Cookies are done when a very light golden brown to them.
