Steps

Take a pan add oil then add cumin seeds saute.

Add onion fry for 1min then add green peas fry for 5min.

Add tomato fry till it soft.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and chicken masala powder fry for 2min.

Add egg continue stiring it for 5min.

Add coriander leaves mix it well.

Egg peas bhurji is ready to serve.
