Ingredients

  1. 1 cuptender peas with peel
  2. 1/2 tspgarlic paste
  3. 1onion finely chopped
  4. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  5. red chilli powder-according to your taste
  6. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1/4 tspamchoor
  8. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  9. to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan and fry onion add garlic paste after 2-3 minutes.

  2. 2

    Now add all the dry masalas and fry for a minute.Add peas with shell with 2tbs water and cover it till done.

  3. 3

    Dry all water.add Garam masala. Eat with cup of tea
