Ingredients

  • 1 cuptender peas with peel
  • 1/2 tspgarlic paste
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • red chilli powder-according to your taste
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/4 tspamchoor
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan and fry onion add garlic paste after 2-3 minutes.

  2. 2

    Now add all the dry masalas and fry for a minute.Add peas with shell with 2tbs water and cover it till done.

  3. 3

    Dry all water.add Garam masala. Eat with cup of tea
