Hummus w/out tahinni

Ingredients

  1. 1For the 15 oz can garbanzo beans (chickpeas) drained and rinsed
  2. 2 clovegarlic, peeled and roughly chopped (too spicy I would recommend 1 clove)
  3. 1juice of 1 lemon
  4. 1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
  5. 1 tspcumin
  6. 1sea salt, to taste
  7. 1/2 tspcayenne
  8. 1/2 cupchopped cilantro

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth

  2. 2

    Put into desired dish and garnish with extra oil (if desired), paprika and parsley

  3. 3

    You can use pita or anything you like but I used crostini brush little evoo and toast them on pan just few minutes
