preheat oven to 375

flatten biscuits with palm of hand and press into muffin tins. bake for five minutes. check (may need to press down middle to make sure the opening doesn't close for filling as they bake)

brown favorite ground sausage, set aside
- 4
scramble eggs, using butter, milk, pinch of oregano, salt and pepper to taste. DO NOT OVER COOK EGGS

when eggs are a few minutes away from ur desired scrambled texture mix in sausage

use spoon to scoop egg/sausage minxture into center of each biscuit

put back in oven 3-5 minutes

when biscuits are almost done top with shredded cheese, finish baking

when cheese is melted serve and enjoy!!
