This is a low carbohydrate chocolate cake that you can throw together in a mug or a bowl and cook in your microwave in a few minutes.Note that this recipe will work equally well if made with sugar in place of the Swerve, and will give you a decadently rich cake with just a few minutes of work.

I created this recipe because I wanted a small portion of cake and I wanted to make something quickly! I didn't want to do a lot of dishes and I didn't feel like using the oven in this heat!The microwave time varies on the mug, so check doneness of the cake with a skewer.Turn off the microwave right before the mixture is completely cooked. Very easy, fast and tasty!!

I made a microwave cake from COOKPAD, but my family said it was a bit dry. So I tried adding milk and changing the amounts of the dry ingredients.It's good if you mix so that there's no lumps, but it's okay if there are a few.I used pure cocoa. If you use processed cocoa, reduce the amount of sugar a bit.If you use melted margarine or butter in place of vegetable oil, it'll have a better flavor. Recipe by Saepy
