Ingredients

  • 2 cantomato juice
  • 2 lbground beef
  • 1 eachonion
  • 1 cupsliced jarred jalepenos
  • 1 canchili.beans
  • 1 canchili ready tomatos
  • 1 1/2 tbspchili powder
  • 1 cansalsa con queso
  • 1 pintssour cream

Steps

  1. 1

    brown ground beef and onion in skillet

  2. 2

    drain grease and put into large pot

  3. 3

    add tomato juice, chili powder, tomatoes, beans, and jalepenos.

  4. 4

    stir well and let simmer covered for about 4 hours. stir occasionally.

  5. 5

    when ready, serve with salsa contact queso , sour cream, and tortilla mixed with the chili.
