Ingredients

  1. 2 boxFrozen chopped spinach
  2. 2 cupHerb stuffing
  3. 1Onion
  4. 4Eggs
  5. 3/4 cupMelted butter
  6. 1/2 tspGarlic powder
  7. 1/2 cupGrated Parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Cook spinach as directed on box

  3. 3

    Drain very well

  4. 4

    Mix remaining ingredients in with spinach

  5. 5

    Chill

  6. 6

    Shape into balls

  7. 7

    Place on lightly greased sheet

  8. 8

    Bake 20 minutes

  9. 9

    Served warm

  10. 10

    Makes about 40
