Ingredients

2 cupFrozen sweet soy beans(edamame)
1 can(15 ounce) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 can(15 oz.) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cupthinly sliced red onion
1/2 cupchopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cupOlive oil
1 tspFinely shredded lime peel
1/4 cuplime juice

prepare soybeans according. to pkg.

drain and rinse in cold water
3

combine beans, onion, cilantro in large bowl
4

whisk lime peel, juice, oil and pinch of salt
5

pour over beans and toss to coat
6

Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours
7

Stir well before serving
