  • stuff
  • 1/2 cuptomato juice
  • 1/3 cupbrown sugar
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsporegano
  • 1/2 tbspbasil
  • 1/2 tbspcajun seasoning 2x
  • 1 bunchshredded broccoli
  • 1diced tomatoes
  • 1 slicemozzarella cheese
  • 1sour dough english muffins

Steps

40 mins
  1. 1

    par boil chicken cool, shred and put in bowl.

  2. 2

    shred broccoli and dice tomatoes and add to chicken

  3. 3

    mix chicken with everything except, cheese and muffins (obviously)

  4. 4

    place chicken mixture on open faced muffins and top with cheese and close. heat in oven till cheese is melty.
