  • 4 cupwater
  • 2 tbspsesame
  • rice seasoning
  • 1/2 cupjapanese vinegar (tozan)
  • 1 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspflavor enhancer
  • filling
  • 12kani
  • 100 gramscream cheese
  • 2japanese cocumber
  • 1/4 cupchive

Steps

40 mins
  1. 1

    wash the rice with clear water

  2. 2

    add water to the rice and reserve for 20 minutes

  3. 3

    mix all seasoning ingredients and reserve

  4. 4

    in a pot, cook the rice with water

  5. 5

    when it boils, stir in simmer until is cooked
