  3. 1/3 cupHeavy Cream
  4. 2 pinchsalt
  5. 2 tbspGrated Parm cheese
  6. 1 tspButter

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven at 350

  2. 2

    In a large enough ramiken, melt and spread the butter.

  3. 3

    Put the cheese slice in the ramiken.

  4. 4

    Beat the eggs, cream and salt and pour into the ramiken.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle the parmasan cheese and toss it in the oven.

  6. 6

    Bake for 40min or when the egg is puffed up. Put it under the broiler for about a minute or until golden brown.

  7. 7

    Enjoy with a warm buttered croissant.
