preheat griddle/fryin pan to med-high heat

slice texas bread in half

spread nutella on both inside halves

thinly slice and place banana slices on only one piece of bread.

close both halves together

whisk together eggs, cinnamon, milk and vanilla

dunk bread in egg mixture then place on grill/pan

cook for 10 minutes or so then flip and do the same to otherside until egg on bread is cooked

spinkle with brown sugar or icing sugar or more bananas or maple syrup or all of the above!
