Follow directions on back of macaroni and cheese box

After adding the macaroni noodles to boiling water, spray a can with cooking spray and cook all the beef (or turkey)

Mix the cheese sauce (along with any other items required on the box of Mac and cheese) and mix well

Mix in fully cooked beef (or turkey)

Your dish is ready

I like to serve this with steamed broccoli but you could serve it with other sides too
