unthaw stew meat

wash stew meat

put stew meat in pot filled with water

put pot on stove on high temp

turn down temp to medium when water boils

cutt up onions peppers and tomatoes in dices while meat is cooking

once all water is gone add lots of oil and peppers onions n tomatoes

let cook till peppers n tomatoes n onions are cooked
