  1. 1/2 cupquick oatmeal
  2. 3/4 cupboiling water
  3. 1/2sugar
  4. 2/3flour
  5. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  6. 1/4 cupshortening
  7. 1egg

  1. 1

    mix quick oats and boiling set aside while mixing remaining stuff in separate bowl then add cooked oatmeal. put in pan bake 3:50 for 23-25 minutes
