preheat oven to 425°

combine water eggs yeast and oil in large mixer(60 qt hobart) and whisk for 2 minutes
- 3
add flour and turn on lowest speed for 5 minutes then turn to medium speed for 8 minutes
- 4
remove and cut to desired sizes and store in fridge for at least 6 hours
- 5
remove from plastic bag and press and form into desired shape. place on wired pizza sheet and perforate then top with favor it toppings and bake on pizza stone for 10-12 minutes
