Heat oil in a large pan with a well-fitting lid. Lay pork chops in bottom of pan. Divide and sprinkle over each pork chop, the allspice and salt. Turn the pork chops over and do the same to the other side. Lay 3-4 slices of Apple on each pork chop. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over each, then sprinkle each with just enough cinnamon to look pretty.

Cover and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes for bone-in chops & 5-10 minutes if using boneless chops. Enjoy!
