  2. 1 1/2 cupflaked coconut
  3. 1/3 cupsugar
  4. 2 tbspflour
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 dashalmond extract (optional)
  7. 1 largeegg white (not beaten)

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet set aside

    Combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt and mix until all combined. Now add the unbeaten egg white and the extract, if using. Mix until it all comes together then spoon onto cookie sheet and bake for about 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Remove from oven and loosen from pan ready when you are.

I'm a Grandma of 4 little cuties, of course I love to cook, I am creative enough that I make jewelry I know anyone can do that. I can also draw and crochet, I crocheted a lot when my 1st grandchild was due now I make her cute things to wear only they're jewelry type things lol the other 3 are my handsome little men who normally aren't interested in jewelry but occasionally get some jewelry too, at least the older 2.
