18oz. Frozen whipped topping,thawed
2 cupPowered sugar
1 tspvanilla extract
1 packages8oz. Heath bar baking chips
1save half cup for top

beat together 2 cups powered sugar and 2 packages softened cream cheese together

mix in 1tsp vanilla n cool whip

fold in candy pieces

pour onto crust and spread smooth

top with rest of th candy

chill for two+ hours
