In microwave dish combine choc. chips and 1/2 the cream. Cook on high for 1-2 min. stirring every 30 sec. til smooth. Cool to room temp. Stir in sugar & vanilla. Set aside

In sm. bowl, beat the rest of the cream til soft peaks form. Beat in choc. mix on high speed 1/3 at a time, mix well and spoon into crust

Refrigerate at least 8 hrs. before serving
