Ingredients

1 hour 15 mins

2 lbground beef
2eggs
1/2 cupketchup
1 dashsalt
1/2 cuphoney
1/2green pepper
1 smallonion
1 tspcorn starch
1 tbspolive oil
1 cantomato soup
1 1/4 tbspgarlic powder
1 dashsalad supreme
1/2 cantomato paste
1/2 cupbread crumbs
1/4 cupinstant potato flakes

preheat oven to 350

mix bell pepper,onion, and olive oil and mince

mix all ingredients in large bowl except tomato paste and tomato soup

mix tomato soup and paste in saucepan and heat on low
5

place meat in meatloaf pan and bake 60 - 75 mins or divide into 2 pans and cook 45-50 mins
6

top with tomato gravy and serve with mashed potatoes
