Pre-mix instant pancake mix to the consistency you like. I use a fork to beat it.

Add food coloring, one drop of each color is plenty.

Lightly move batter around to get that swirl.

Heat skillet on medium heat. Add a little vegetable oil, just enough to coat the pan.

Pour enough batter in the skillet to make decent size pancakes.

Flip when its bubbling. Cook til golden brown.
