Steps

Cut potatoes into large chunks. but not to small or they will fall apart during boiling.

In a large pot place potatoes in and cover with water and salt water. Bring to boil then lower heat and cook for about 25 minutes or untill fork tender. drain and let cool.

Peel eggs and dice.

In a large bowl mix Mayo, vinagar, sugar, salt, pepper, eggs, onion and celery.

Add potatoes to Mayo mixture and fold untill potatoes are covered with mix.

Refrigerate and enjoy!
