
coconut mousse with fresh mango
Steps

bring to a boil the coconut milk with the cream and the sugar

meanwhile, soften the gelatin in cold water
- 3
remove the coconut mixture from the heat and add the softened gelatin
- 4
mix it over a bowl of iced water so it cools faster
- 5
pour the mixture into individual metal cups ( cup size of your choosing )
- 6
place in the refigerator for 12 hours
- 7
peel mangos and dice them
- 8
to remove the mousse from the cups, just dip the cups in a bit of hot water and it should come off easily
- 9
place diced mango on top of the mousse
