Ingredients

  1. 1 lbsmoked sausage
  2. 19 ozpackage frozen cheese tortellini
  3. 2 canitalian diced tomatoes, drained
  4. 1 packagescream cheese
  5. 1 smallbag fresh spinach
  6. 2 cupchicken broth

Steps

  1. 1

    brown sliced sausage

  2. 2

    put tortellini in slow cooker. add all other ingredients (I use about half the spinach - adjust to taste - and I chunk up the cream cheese.

  3. 3

    cook on low 4 to 6 hours, stirring and tasting for salt about 3 hours in.
