3/4 cupsoy sauce
3/4 cupwater
3 tbspwhite vinegar
1/4 cupDark brown sugar
2 tbspwhite sugar
1 tbspblack pepper
2 tbspsesame oil
1/4 cupminced garlic
1/2onion, minced
3 lbKorean style short rib
2 tbspcooking wine

Mix all ingredients and marinade for 6-7 hours.

heat grill to medium - high heat and grill.

Note: if no time to marinade for 6 hours, omit water and add 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda and marinade for 1-1.5 hours.
