1 bagOreos, crushed
8 ozcream cheese, softened
1/4 cupbutter
1 cuppowdered sugar
3 cupmilk
2 smallboxes instant vanilla pudding
12 ozCool Whip
1/2 tspvanilla, thawed

Steps

Cream together cream cheese, butter & vanilla.

In a separate bowl mix milk & pudding.

Chill until set.

Fold in cool whip after pudding has set.

Add cream cheese mixture.

Alternate layering of Oreos with mixture.

Chill until ready to serve.
