Ingredients

  1. 1 bagOreos, crushed
  2. 8 ozcream cheese, softened
  3. 1/4 cupbutter
  4. 1 cuppowdered sugar
  5. 3 cupmilk
  6. 2 smallboxes instant vanilla pudding
  7. 12 ozCool Whip
  8. 1/2 tspvanilla, thawed

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream together cream cheese, butter & vanilla.

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl mix milk & pudding.

  3. 3

    Chill until set.

  4. 4

    Fold in cool whip after pudding has set.

  5. 5

    Add cream cheese mixture.

  6. 6

    Alternate layering of Oreos with mixture.

  7. 7

    Chill until ready to serve.
