Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4fresh tilapia fillets
  2. 1 cupflour seasoned with 1 teaspoon of each of the following spices, lemon pepper, cajun seasoning, garlic powder and black pepper
  3. 2 tbspgrated parmesan cheese
  4. 4Kaiser rolls
  5. 8crispy cooked bacon slices
  6. 4 largeslices of fresh tomatos
  7. 1 cupshredded lettece
  8. 1/4 cuptarter sauce
  9. 2 tbspolive oil

    Combine flour and cheese, mix well

  2. 2

    Heat oil in large skillet, , toss tilapia with flour mixture just to coat lightly, place fish in skillet in a single layer, do not crowd them, cook about 4 minutes on each side

  3. 3

    Meanwhile cut Kaiser rolls in half spread tarter sauce among all cut sides, divide lettuce evenly on bottom of all 4 rolls

  4. 4

    Top lettuce with tomato slices, then a fish fillet, add 2 slices of bacon on top of each fillet put top half of roll o press down lightly, cut in half and serve!

“Fenway” passed away on 2/3/2021. For the last year she tried to teach her husband of 42 years how to cook like her. Although I will never be as good of a cook as her she did pass on her passion for cooking. Therefore, I will attempt to carry on her legacy and maintain/update her site. My wife was a Registered Nurse, a licensed deep water aerobics instructor, a mother to our 2 children and a fantastic cook. We grew up in New England but have been fortunate to live all over the US. I am now retired, missing her terribly, but thankful for all the years we had together and all her cooking lessons.

yummy yummy yummy. so good. my son even liked it and he's a very picky eater. I will definitely add this to my regular menu ~(o.o)~
