Ingredients

  • 1 canButtermilk Biscuits
  • 1 lbPork Sausage
  • 1 cupShredded Mozzarella
  • 1 cupShredded Cheddar
  • 6Eggs
  • 3/4 cupMilk
  • 1as needed Salt & Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 425°

  2. 2

    Cut biscuits into six to eight pieces

  3. 3

    Place in a grease 8x8 pan

  4. 4

    Brown sausage on the stove top

  5. 5

    Drain sausage

  6. 6

    Spread sausage over the cut up biscuits

  7. 7

    Beat eggs

  8. 8

    Add milk, salt, and pepper to eggs

  9. 9

    Pour eggs over sausage and biscuits

  10. 10

    Sprinkle both shredded cheeses over the top

  11. 11

    Bake for 30-35 minutes

  12. 12

    Let sit 5 minutes
