in skillet #1 add vegetable oil. turn heat up to medium. add in sliced onions and cut up mushrooms.

in skillet #2 add slices of pre-cooked grilled chicken to heat on medium heat.

saute the mushrooms and onions til caramelized. and cook chicken til center is hot.

on plate put the tortilla shell down first. followed by chicken, mushrooms and onions, cheese, and finally lettuce.
