Ingredients

  1. 1cherry tomatoes
  2. 1cucunber
  3. 1lettuce
  4. 1broccoli
  5. 1(optional)* bell peppers
  6. 1carrots
  7. 2cilantro stems chopped up
  8. 1limes
  9. 1olive oil
  10. 1a dash of salt

Steps

  1. 1

    put the olive oil, salt, and the limes aside for now

  2. 2

    put in salt

  3. 3

    put everything else in a BIG mixing bowl

  4. 4

    cut 2 limes in half and squeeze all the juice into the salad

  5. 5

    take one table spoon of olive oil and put it in the salad

  6. 6

    mix well and enjoy ;-)
