Ingredients

  1. 10 1/2 ozCondensed Onion Soup
  2. 1 1/2 lbGround Beef
  3. 1/2 cupfine dry bread crumbs
  4. 1slightly beaten Egg
  5. 1 dashPepper
  6. 1/4 tspSalt
  7. 1 tbspFlour
  8. 1/4 cupKetchup
  9. 1/4 cupWater
  10. 1 tspWorcestershire
  11. 1/2 tspprepared Mustard

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, Combine 1/3 cup of soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper.

    Shape into 6 oval patties.

  3. 3

    In a skillet, Brown the patties; pour of the fat.

  4. 4

    Gradually blend remaining soup into flour until smooth.

  5. 5

    stir in remaining ingredients.

  6. 6

    cover patties with sauce.

  7. 7

    cover.

  8. 8

    cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until done.

  9. 9

    Stir now and then.
